I have been practicing as a Remedial Massage therapist since completing my studies at Randwick TAFE in 2006. Over the past 5 years I have dealt with a wide range of people suffering a variety of problems from chronic to fresh injury. I did work experience with Jeremy Lockhart at his Lane Cove practice and was so impressed with the Myotherapy treatment (SLM) that in 2007 I commenced studying it myself.

In 2009 I was part of the A League Championship winning Sydney FC medical team which gave me first hand experience in the treatment of fresh and chronic injury in elite athletes.

I enjoy my work as a Myotherapist because it makes people feel good and energised and improves their quality of life. The benefits of SLM is that it doesn’t just treat the symptoms, it treats the core of ones problem. It’s a holistic massage and acupressure treatment that works to realign the body, stimulate the muscles, nervous system and improve circulation .

On a personal note I love sports, healthy living and being spiritually centred. I try to incorporate all aspects into my treatments including energy work to help reduce stress and lifestyle advice.
My inner drive is to help others and promote healthy lifestyles.
